Scanning Systems was honored to take part in the 2025 Africa Investment Forum (AIF), held from 26 to 28 November 2025 at the Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. This year’s edition focused on the theme:
“Bridging the Gap: Mobilizing Private Capital to Unlock Africa’s Full Potential.”
On 28 November, Scanning Systems participated in the high‑level panel titled:
“Accelerating Development through Regional Integration: Air Connectivity, Trade, and Economic Growth for Africa.”
Representing the company, Mr. Mory Diané, Chairman and CEO, engaged in discussions alongside leaders of major institutions. The exchanges highlighted concrete avenues to:
- Advance the Open Skies principle to improve intra‑African mobility;
- Develop strategic regional hubs and mobilize investment for modern airport infrastructure and fleets;
- Position African airspace as a driver of integration and shared economic prosperity.
The Africa Investment Forum serves as a leading platform dedicated to accelerating investment on the continent. Initiated by the African Development Bank Group, it brings together six founding partner institutions: Afreximbank, Africa50, BADEA, DBSA, and the Trade and Development Bank (TDB).
Through its participation, Scanning Systems reaffirms its commitment to supporting regional integration and contributing to transformative infrastructure projects across Africa.
