As part of the 2026 Ramadan and Lent observances, Scanning Systems carried out a food donation initiative on 3 March 2026, benefiting Muslim and Christian communities in Laléraba and Niangolodougou, as well as administrative institutions in Ouangolodougou.
Led by Mr. Jonas Lago, Public Relations Advisor, and Mr. Judicaël Gnangbé, Director of the Laléraba Joint Border Posts (PCJ), the mission provided families with substantial quantities of rice and sugar to support them during this significant spiritual period.
The day began at the Ouangolodougou Prefecture, where Scanning Systems handed over donations to three key institutions:
- The Prefecture
- The Police Department
- The Customs Office
The initiative continued at the Laléraba Youth Center, in the presence of traditional authorities and local communities from both sides of the border—Laléraba (Côte d’Ivoire) and Niangolodougou (Burkina Faso).
A Consistent and Sustainable Social Commitment
Through this annual initiative, Scanning Systems reaffirms its dedication to supporting local communities through targeted solidarity actions. Beyond its social impact, this donation campaign strengthens trust with populations living around the Joint Border Posts and helps foster a climate conducive to cooperation and smoother cross‑border interactions.
