Nine (9) operational staff members from SCANNING SYSTEMS, four (4) officers from the Burkinabe Police, and three (3) officers from the Togolese Police stationed at the Cinkansé site received fire safety training on June 6 and 7, 2024. The training was organized by SCANNING SYSTEMS and delivered by the GSS consultancy firm from Togo.
The objective of the training was to equip participants with a solid understanding of the necessary precautions to take in the event of a fire, including the optimal use of fire extinguishers.
At the end of the training, all participants were awarded a certificate. It should be noted that the Cinkansé Juxtaposed Control Posts are equipped with eighty-eight (88) fire extinguishers and seven (7) fire hydrants.
