A signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding between the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) and Scanning Systems took place on June 21, 2021, in Bangui.
The agreement pertains to the establishment of Juxtaposed Control Posts at the borders of the member states within the CEMAC zone.
