On 17 June 2026, Scanning Systems welcomed a delegation of six senior officials from the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) Commission to its headquarters in Cocody Ambassades, Abidjan. The delegation was led by Mr. MBOGO Ngabo Séli, Commissioner for the Common Market Department.
The visit took place within the framework of advanced discussions between the CEMAC Commission and Scanning Systems regarding the development, financing, and implementation of four new One-Stop Border Posts (OSBPs) across Central Africa.
The meetings provided an opportunity to further explore this landmark initiative, designed to improve the efficiency of regional trade corridors, facilitate cross-border movement, and reduce border clearance times.
On 18 June, the delegation travelled to the Laléraba One-Stop Border Post, where members witnessed first-hand the effectiveness of the operational model developed and implemented by Scanning Systems. The site visit offered valuable insight into the tangible benefits of integrated border management solutions for governments, businesses, and border communities.
Through this engagement, Scanning Systems reaffirms its commitment to supporting the modernization of border infrastructure and promoting greater regional economic integration across Africa.
